COMPOSITION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cooked seeds:
- Rinse the seeds well under the tap.
- Let them soak for 1 to 3 hours at room temperature.
- Wash under cold running water.
- Cook them for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Let the seeds cool and drain them.
- Give them as is or mixed with egg paste or fruits.
Soared seeds
- Rinse the seeds thoroughly under the tap.
- Let them soak for 6 to 24 hours at room temperature, preferably changing the water several times.
- Wash with plenty of cold running water.
- If desired, let drain for 1 to 3 hours.
- Give them as is or mixed with egg paste or fruits.
