GENERAL:

These general sales conditions apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, by Palmar Logística, SL, with Tax ID number B45805884, hereinafter www.complementosparaaves.com, for individuals.

Any order made to complementosparaaves.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining, and indispensable condition, the Client's unreserved acceptance of the General Sales Conditions of complementosparaaves.com in force on the day the corresponding order is placed.

Additionally, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are brought to their attention by www.complementosparaaves.com. The fact that complementosparaaves.com does not invoke any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted or equated as a waiver of invoking them in the future or the past. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

PRICES:

The prices published on complementosparaaves.com are in euros. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on www.complementosparaaves.com. Offers on products for sale on www.complementosparaaves.com will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise stated, will be valid while displayed on the screen.

PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT METHODS FOR PRODUCTS:

3.1 Within a maximum period of 24/48 hours, PALMAR LOGISTICA, SL will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs, and the details of the different payment options for the Products to PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L.

3.2 The User who purchases a product through the WWW.COMPLEMENTOSPARAAVES.COM Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the WWW.COMPLEMENTOSPARAAVES.COM Store.

3.3 PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L will archive the electronic documents in which the contract is formalized, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be drawn up in Spanish.

3.4 The order confirmation sent by PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L is not valid as an invoice, only as a purchase receipt.

PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product at no additional cost. The invoice may be received in paper or electronically if you have expressly requested it. If you have consented to receive your invoices electronically, you can revert to receiving them in paper format by requesting this via email at the following address: hola@complementosparaaves.com.

3.5 Accepted Payment Methods (Secure Payment):

Palmar Logistica SL offers various payment methods to facilitate your purchases.

• Credit/Debit Card: The cards currently accepted by the payment gateway are all those bearing the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express logos, as well as those belonging to the 4B, Red 6000, and Servired networks. The payment gateway also accepts the MobiPay mobile payment system. If you wish to activate this service, please contact your operator. Payment by credit card used on complementosparaaves.com is made through the secure payment gateway of BBVA bank. In this payment method, complementosparaaves never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by BBVA bank, ensuring that complementosparaaves.com always offers maximum transparency and confidentiality in the transaction. Your order payment is made directly with the bank, providing you with maximum security. The system also supports the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) protocol. Therefore, your purchase is safer than using your card in a conventional store. • PayPal: You can make your payment with a PayPal account at home when you receive it.

• Bizum: You can pay for your purchase through Bizum. Payment using this method has the advantage of being immediate, so the shipment is prepared on the same day once the payment is confirmed.

• Bank Transfer: We will provide you with a bank account to make the payment for your orders. Complementosparaaves offers the customer the possibility to pay for their order by making a direct deposit into our account with any of these banking entities:

  When you choose this payment option and once your order is completed, the necessary details to make the deposit will appear on the screen. Additionally, we will send you an email with this information. We indicate the order amount, the reference you should provide, and the account number of the bank you selected. It is important that the customer indicates the order reference provided by complementosparaaves.com in the email as a reference at the time of deposit to expedite the invoicing and shipping of your purchase. The deposit has the advantage that since it is immediate, the shipment is sent out the same day. Once the payment is confirmed, the invoicing, packing, and shipment of the package will proceed. • SeQura: You can pay in installments with SeQura or pay once you receive your purchase. Choose this option when placing your order; no card is needed. No additional cost. Receive it and verify your purchase. You have up to 7 days after shipment to make the payment. When your purchase is shipped, you will receive an email with the payment link. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or deposit into an account.
  You can pay for your purchase in 3 months without additional cost. You only need your ID, mobile number, and card to complete the purchase. At the time of purchase, you only pay 1/3 of the amount. The remaining 2 parts will be charged to your card on the same day of each month. You can pay the total or partial amount early whenever you want without penalties.
  You can divide the payment of your order into 4, 6, 12, or 18* months for only a small fixed fee per month. You only need your ID, mobile, and bank card. You can complete the payment whenever you want without additional cost. You can only pay in installments over 18 months for orders over 600€.
  To split your payment with SeQura:

  2. Enter your details (ID and mobile), choose your payment plan, and pay the first installment.

PRODUCT:

The offers presented by complementosparaaves.com are valid within the limits of available stocks. Complementosparaaves.com reserves the right to modify the product range based on difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The imposition of any other waiver or limitation of consumer and user rights.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE:

5.1 Products purchased through the www.complementosparaaves.com Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days set by default by law.

5.2 The delivery service of PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L is carried out in collaboration with various reputable logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes or hotels or other non-permanent addresses.

5.3 Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products. At the time of Product acquisition, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

5.4 Shipping Costs:

No shipments to the Canary Islands and United Kingdom, by the web, only by email or phone.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

6.1 Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to withdraw from the contract with us, and therefore to return any item purchased at complementosparaaves.com within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of services, without penalties for exercising this right. The total amount of the purchase made, i.e., the product price plus shipping costs, will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days from the date complementosparaaves.com was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment that you used to make the purchase. The reimbursement amount will be withheld either until the returned products are received or until the buyer provides proof of return, such as the receipt from the transport company.

The buyer must return the product in perfect condition, as it was delivered, and without it being used, except for the mere verification of the product's good condition and functionality.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may suffer a depreciation that could be deducted from the reimbursement amount. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post to the following address: PALMAR LOGISTICA SL, Address: Calle Diamante, 8, 45190 P.I. You may use the withdrawal form provided in section 8 of this text, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires. If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L will bear the return and new shipping costs. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, the amount will be reimbursed, but not the return shipping costs.

6.2 Order Cancellation:

If the order cancellation arrives before the merchandise is shipped, the customer will not incur any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of the same order.

6.3 Withdrawal in the Case of Veterinary Products:

Under applicable legislation, pharmacies or retail establishments cannot accept returns of veterinary medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer unless they were supplied in error, do not correspond to the order, were damaged during transport, have a quality defect alert or for reasons of veterinary pharmacovigilance, or when their withdrawal is necessary in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1246/2008, of July 18.

WARRANTY:

7.1 If any of the products purchased have a manufacturing defect within 3 years of delivery, we are committed to replacing it with a new one, exchanging it, applying a price reduction, or making the corresponding refund, as applicable. In this case, all return and shipping costs of the new or repaired product are borne by the seller, and therefore free of charge for the consumer.

7.2 Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods already existed at the time of delivery, indicating that you wish to return it by sending an email to the following address: hola@complementosparaaves.com, or by calling 925 83 75 20.
