König has developed Bactrovet Silver, a product that combines the action of insulation and a healing of the aluminium micronized, with the able bactericide and fungicide microparticulas of high purity silver (MicroPlata Bioactivada). The effectiveness of Bactrovet Silver is based on a new concept of healing physiological designed for the protection and health of the skin of the animals.

To be applied Bactrovet Silver form a protective film, hydrophobic, adherent and of long duration on the affected skin. The estructurade the cells of this film allows for optimum aireacción of the dermis, at the same time prevents the entry of contaminants.

Bactrovet Silver accelerates tissue regeneration (process of healing), in addition to prevent and treat the secondary bacterial infection.

Mechanism of action:

Particles of MicroPlata Bioactivada (Ag ):

• It damages the DNA of microorganisms. Inactive the enzymes and the proteins are intracellular.
• Inhibits the transport of the cell membrane
• inactivates enzymes and intracellular proteins.

Aluminium Micronized:

• Acts as an adjuvant to hemostasis and the healing
• promotes the biosynthesis of collagen, the protein precipitation and accelerates tissue regeneration.
• Prevents the formation of exaggerated scar tissue (keloid)
• It is complementary and enhances the bactericidal action of the particles of MicroPlata Bioactivada.
• It is not absorbed
• In cases of ingestion by licking, Aluminum Micronized does not exert toxic effects, nor accumulating in the tissues.
