WHAT IS FRONTLINE FRONTLINE TRI-ACT?

FRONTLINE TRI-ACT is an anti-parasite external that is presented in the form of solution spot-on easy-to-use and containing as active ingredients fipronil and permethrin.

FRONTLINE TRI-ACT offers your dog an excellent protective anti-flea and anti-tick and exerts an action repellent long life in front of phlebotomines, mosquitoes, flies of the establosy ticks.

FRONTLINE TRI-ACT is indicated only for dogs. Do NOT USE in cats and rabbits.

FRONTLINE TRI-ACT is available in 5 presentations adapted to the weight of each dog and in the format of 3 or 6 pipettes.

The fipronil is the main active ingredient in the range of products, FRONTLINE. A substance is an insecticide/acaricide which is characterized by rapidity of action, an excellent safety profile and few lasting effects.

The permethrin is a substance that belongs to the class of the pyrethroids of type 1. It is an insecticide and acaricide that exerts an action repellent against phlebotomines, mosquitoes and ticks.

The monthly use of FRONTLINE TRI-ACT will help protect your dog in areas with a high risk of diseases transmitted by phlebotomines (leishmania), mosquitoes (filariasis), ticks (babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, Lyme disease) and fleas (rickettsiosis, bartonelosis, dipilidiosis).

Efficacy of insecticide on fleas:

Weigh your dog and select the size of pipette suitable for you in light of your weight.

You can touch and catch the animal as usual as soon as it has dried the place of application of the product. Don't bathe the dog until 24 hours have passed since the application of the medication.

Treatment regimen

Application

For the efficacy of FRONTLINE TRI-ACT solution spot-on is optimal, it is important to apply the product correctly.

The contents of the pipette should be applied directly on the skin of the dog at two different points: the base of the neck and the height of the withers (between the shoulder blades).

MODE OF ACTION OF FRONTLINE TRI-ACT

FRONTLINE TRI-ACT has a mechanism of action is topical, not systemic, which means that it removes insects on contact and not through the circulatory system of the dog.

Effectiveness of the product with water or shampoo
FRONTLINE TRI-ACT maintains its effectiveness even if the dog tried to get wet or immerse in water, for example when swimming or bathing.
