Black nabina or oilseed (brassica napus) can be easily confused with red nabina or turnip seed (brassica rapa).
Both come from plants in the same family and have similar nutritional properties, but the oilseed has a more intense black color and a size somewhat larger than turnip seed.
Oil-rich seed, but stands out especially for being one of the highest proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid 57.5%) polyunsaturated (20.5% linoleic acid).
In contrast it is one of the seeds with a lower proportion of saturated fatty acids.
