FITOMITE can be used both to treat birds infected with respiratory acariasis (Sternostoma Tracheacolum) and by Red Icarus (Dermanyssus Gallinae); in addition, being in liquid form, soluble in water, there is complete certainty about the perfect assimilation by the bird and consequently by mites.

Dosages and treatments

Preventive treatments supply 2 ml of FITOMITE in 1 liter (4 drops in 100ml) of drinking water for 8 days.

Repeat the same dose at 6 months.

In case of infestations it is recommended to supply 2 ml of FITOMITE in 1 liter (4 drops in 100ml ) of drinking water for 8 days in a row, then continue for 1 day a week for approximately 6 months. (To eradicate possible regrowthes from mite egg hatching)
