LETAL® Gel Ants is an insecticide for ants formulated in gel ready for use, specific for control of ants that feed on sugars and that become a pest, such as the Argentine ant (Lipenithema humile), and for those considered harmful as Monomorium pharaonis, Tapinoma melanocepalum, Lasius niger, Lasius flavus, Camponotus pennsylvanicus.
Due to its composition, the gel exerts great power of attraction in ants, which ingest it. Given its special viscosity, they transport it inside the nests infecting the colony. The active substance imidacloprid and the formulated dose produce an effect of delayed death giving the necessary and sufficient time to allow the exchange of food between the ants with the consequent infestation of queens and larvae, thus spreading it to the entire colony and achieving, therefore, its elimination. It is advisable to eliminate other nearby sources of food to enhance the consumption of the insecticidal gel.
Mode of Application
Punctual application of the product in cracks or cracks in the areas of transit and / or proliferation of insects, by means of a drop-shaped syringe. For use both indoors and outdoors.
