Indicated for the manual breeding of frugivorous columbiform species.

It is a first age porridge, designed to be supplied during the first days of life.

It should be prepared with hot water (35-38 °C) in sufficient quantity to achieve a creamy texture (approximately a concentration of 20-25%).

The rapid growth of chicks makes it difficult to determine the optimal quantities to be supplied. The speed of transit of the food in each individual, is what finally determines the maximum amount to be supplied. The great capacity of the crop of the columbiformes gives rise to a certain risk of overfeeding the chicks, a fact that we must avoid.

It is important that the crop is completely empty in the morning, before the first meal is taken.
