Return and Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Return
    You have the right to return any item purchased on complementosparaaves.com within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a service, without any penalty.

The total purchase amount will be refunded, that is, the price of the product plus the shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the date on which complementosparaaves.com was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. The refund amount will be withheld until we receive the returned products or until the buyer provides proof of return of the item, such as a receipt from the transport company. The buyer must return the product in perfect condition, as it was delivered, and without having used it, except for the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the product.

The products must be returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may suffer depreciation, which could be deducted from the refund amount. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires. If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, PALMAR LOGISTICA S.L. will cover the costs of return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, the amount will be refunded, but not the return costs.

  1. Order Cancellation
    If the cancellation of the order occurs before the goods are shipped, the customer will not incur any costs. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the same order.

  2. Withdrawal in the case of veterinary products
    In accordance with applicable legislation, pharmacies or retail establishments cannot accept returns of veterinary medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except in the following cases: when they have been supplied in error, do not correspond to the order, have been damaged during transport, are subject to a quality alert, or for reasons of veterinary pharmacovigilance, or when it is necessary to withdraw them in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1246/2008 of July 18.
